Responsibilities

• Train mandated child welfare curricula for DSS staff across counties.
• Deliver structured learning experiences to improve performance.
• Facilitate small and large group learning environments.
• Apply transfer-of-learning strategies in the field.
• Provide technical assistance to county DSS agencies and maintain collaboration.
• Collaborate with trainers to plan and communicate training events.
• Prepare facilities, materials, and participant resources for sessions.
• Coordinate training center activities with staff and college partners.
• Complete statewide travel to conduct trainings as needed.
