Formación

• Master's degree in a discipline specific to the program with four years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline specific to the program with six years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Train mandated child welfare curricula for county DSS staff across all program areas.
• Deliver structured learning experiences to promote participant performance improvement.
• Facilitate both small and large group learning environments for policy and practice.
• Implement transfer-of-learning strategies to apply training content in the field.
• Provide technical assistance to county DSS agencies by conveying policy expectations and guidance.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and ensure documentation and delivery of sessions.
