The State of Georgia's Department of Human Services, DCSS, in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Child Support Services Agent 2 to ensure non-custodial parents meet obligations and to coordinate with legal and public organizations for effective support enforcement.

You will maintain caseloads, communicate with clients, and perform related professional duties under supervision. Telework options may be available depending on position.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Two years of direct job-related experience required.
• Orone year at the lower level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and enforces child support obligations.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
• Communicates with clients via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure compliance with child support obligations.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
