State of Georgia in Rock Spring, GA is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 2 to join the Department of Human Services. Under supervision, you will establish and enforce support obligations, communicate with clients, and manage a caseload to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and two years of direct job-related experience; or one year as DCSS Agent 1.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or business field with related government experience.
• Military experience as an officer or reservist may qualify.
• One year experience working with non-custodial parents as a Child Support agent/CS office.

Responsibilities

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
