The Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 2 to join the Division of Child Support Services in McDonough, GA. Under direct supervision, you will establish and enforce child support obligations and coordinate with legal and public entities to promote timely payments and compliance.

The role requires handling a caseload, addressing client inquiries via phone, email and mail, and performing duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job‑related experience.
• One (1) year of experience at the lower‑level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
