Job summary

Ekovits Consulting LLP is seeking a highly driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead global revenue growth and expand the Software Development and Technology Services portfolio in the United States. This role emphasizes a foundational leadership stance with compensation tied to revenue sharing and equity, evolving toward fixed salary as the business scales.

The CGO will drive end-to-end sales, build enterprise client relationships, and scale the consulting business, leveraging offshore

Qualifications

• Experience in IT services sales or software development business.
• Strong networks in the USA startup/technology ecosystem.
• Ability to independently generate and close enterprise deals.
• Experience with offshore software outsourcing or IT consulting.
• Comfort with performance-driven compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global growth strategy for software development and technology services.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build relationships with startup founders and technology decision-makers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology agencies, consulting firms, and global resellers.
• Position the company as a cost-effective offshore development partner for US-based clients.
• Own revenue targets and create scalable growth processes and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with technology, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
