Qualifications

• Significant E-Commerce experience in high volume environments.
• Execute programs across stores, service channels, chat and partnerships.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of brands.
• Experience with mass market, subscription-based models.
• Proven track record in acquiring, cross-sell and retention for $500m–$1B scale.
• Strategic customer segmentation and journey knowledge.
• Data-driven marketer with analytics leadership; turn data into insights.
• Experience in PE environments and fast-paced settings.
• Strong leader and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across all brands.
• Define customer segmentation and journeys using data insights.
• Set brand-specific goals and metrics based on market opportunities.
• Partner with product teams to define differentiated offerings.
• Refine value propositions and positioning across brands.
• Articulate solutions and product differentiators across brands.
• Define go-to-market models to access buyers and influencers.
• Manage programs to attract, engage and convert prospective customers.
• Oversee revenue operations, ensuring systems and processes are scalable.
• Attract, hire, train, and retain top sales and marketing talent.
