Responsibilities

• Process and match incoming check payments against invoices in Stripe, ensuring accurate allocation.
• Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches with complete records.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies including short payments, overpayments, and misapplied funds.
• Identify refunds or credits for overpayments following procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to address payment issues and escalations.
• Identify recurring errors and implement process improvements to reduce manual work.
