Finalsite is seeking a Payments Reconciliation Specialist (Contract) to join a small team responsible for daily reconciliation of payment records across districts. You will follow written procedures, work in Excel and web portals, and ensure files are correct before submission. Reports go to the Payments Reconciliation Lead.

Role emphasizes attention to detail, following runbooks, and ensuring CAC and ERP imports align with settlement statements. Remote US-based. Training provided.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cash application, AR/AP, or bank reconciliation.
• Ability to tie multiple items to a single deposit and resolve differences.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and text-to-columns.

Responsabilidades

• Chargeback intake and logging on the same day.
• Lookup affected orders in the Web Store portal and work from notices.
• Reconstruct line-items with account codes, IDs, amounts and sales tax.
