Job summary

Starlink Aviation is hiring a Charter Sales Representative for a 100% remote role. You will assist existing and new clients with charter flights, respond to inquiries, and coordinate flight logistics to ensure a smooth experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in aviation or travel, strong bilingual (French/English) communication, and a customer‑focused mindset. Flexibility for irregular hours and emergencies is required.

Qualifications

2–3 years in aviation, travel, or customer service with charter flight exposure.
Strong communication, both written and spoken.
Fluent in French and English; able to serve international clients.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
Familiar with aviation regulations and charter ops.
Resilient, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficient with systems used in charter operations.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients by phone, email, and in person to assess needs and present charter options.
Coordinate flight scheduling, aircraft selection, ground handling, and catering.
Ensure all docs, permits, and licenses are in order for each flight.
Build relationships with clients, brokers, and operators to drive repeat business.
Resolve issues before, during, and after flights and communicate solutions.
Maintain records of interactions, bookings, and generate documentation.
