Qualificações

• Current experience in charter sales or private aviation, with an active and transferable client base.
• Established relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and referral partners.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth.
• Experience sourcing off-fleet aircraft and managing charter quotes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent a prestigious aviation brand professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining transparency, organization, and accountability.
• Competitive base salary offered, with commission structure.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and expand your existing portfolio of charter clients under our brand.
• Source off-fleet aircraft for charter requests, manage pricing, prepare quotes, and close deals.
• Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing support and retention.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to convert charter clients into long-term, loyal customers.
• Provide consultative guidance throughout the charter booking process.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly gross profit targets.
