Job summary

CrewBloom is seeking a Charter Coordinator to oversee all facets of client charter experiences, including aircraft owners and block charters. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and strict compliance with CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135, in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities include issuing accurate quotes, coordinating with operators, monitoring weather, and assisting in crew scheduling and travel plans to maximize safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree in Aviation or Business preferred.
• Knowledge of CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135 is required.
• Experience in aviation or hospitality industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of charter flight experiences for clients.
• Provide accurate quotes for charter requests and coordinate with operators or brokers.
• Monitor weather and operate safely, ensuring on-time flight activities.
• Assist in crew scheduling and communicate with crew and maintenance teams.
