Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year working in payments preferred.
• General knowledge of card Brand processing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats; give presentations.
• Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve cardholder fraud and non-fraud dispute cases.
• Research and process chargebacks and funds recovery.
• Ensure compliance with card association and regulatory timelines.
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy while serving cardholders.
