NCR Atleos in Frisco, TX, seeks a Chargeback Analyst I to handle incoming chargebacks, review documentation, and perform representments for US and Canadian networks. You will research transactions, ensure compliance with network rules, and maintain timely processing across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in chargeback processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily incoming documentation in response to chargeback notifications.
• Review journals and validate documentation for representment filing.
• Determine network routing and ensure representment rules are met before submission.
• Research transaction details to include with representment cases.
• Process representments and pre-arbitrations within network timeframes.
• Assist with debit/credit adjustments and settlement variances.
