Savance is seeking a driven Partner/Channel Manager to grow and activate our network of 200+ security integrator partners. This hands‑on role offers freedom to bring ideas forward, build repeatable programs, and make a visible impact on how Savance grows.

You will own the partner lifecycle from introduction through onboarding, coordinate co‑selling with our sales team, and work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to remove roadblocks and improve the partner

Qualifications

• Experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or relationship-driven growth.
• SaaS or security technology experience is a plus.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to prioritize and own outcomes.
• Ability to build genuine relationships while discussing commercial opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and onboard high‑potential security integrators, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Own the partner lifecycle from introduction through onboarding, engagement, reviews, and growth.
• Develop partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced opportunities and drive revenue.
• Collaborate on training, campaigns, messaging, collateral, and partner communications.
• Maintain accurate partner records and report progress to leadership.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to remove roadblocks.
