Job summary

Megaport is seeking a remote, full-time Operations role focused on driving revenue through recruitment, engagement, and activation of Technology Services Broker partners across the Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico markets. You will onboard partners, monitor KPIs, and guide them from onboarding to revenue production in a scalable partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Establish mutual targets with TSD Partner on KPIs, and report progress in QBRs with executives and supplier team
• Participate in Go-to-Market strategies with Territory Channel Managers to recruit and enable new TSB Partners
• Develop and execute enablement programs to educate TSD Partner sales reps and solution teams on Megaport’s offerings
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to keep partner portals and Megaport resources up-to-date
• Design and execute marketing campaigns with TSD Partners to promote Megaport innovations and use cases
• Represent Megaport at Agent Channel and TSD Partner events to strengthen presence and engagement
