Job summary

Megaport is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales professional focused on TSD Partner recruitment and activation across the Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico markets. You will drive revenue by identifying high-potential partners, accelerating onboarding, and guiding them through the partner lifecycle to activation and revenue generation.

Located near Salt Lake City or Phoenix preferred, but the role supports a flexible, remote work environment.

Qualifications

Experience building and managing TSD partner ecosystems.
Background in telecommunications, networking, cloud, or IT services sales within the Channel.
Proven ability to recruit, enable, and grow partner networks through strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

Set mutual targets with TSD Partners and report progress in quarterly reviews.
Support GTM efforts with Territory Channel Managers to recruit and enable new TSB Partners.
Develop tailored enablement programs for partner sales reps and solution teams.
Collaborate with Channel Marketing to keep partner portals updated and relevant resources.
Design and run targeted marketing campaigns with partners to promote Megaport solutions.
Represent Megaport at key Partner events to drive presence and engagement.
