Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Manager, COI Partnerships to drive referrals and bookings, partnering with Sales Leadership to align field activities for COI channel partners across the Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Nevada territory. Applicants must reside in one of these states and be prepared for travel up to 50%.

You will coach sales leaders, mentor sellers, develop new COI partner relationships, and coordinate with COI Marketing to optimize campaigns and costs while delivering measurable results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 6 years of experience in business development/relationship management.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to determine field alignment for COI channel partners.
• Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals and grow bookings.
• Collaborate with learning and development to create/training for sales leaders and sellers.
• Coordinate with COI Marketing to align campaigns and costs for regions.
• Develop and manage new COI partner relationships.
• Function as Paycor POC with C-level executives of broker/technology partners.
• Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor and partner leadership.
• Responsible for channel bookings and activity goals for assigned region.
