Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven sales professional to educate stakeholders, manage accounts, and secure referrals through a robust CRM-driven process. You will conduct meetings, identify client needs, and present Paychex solutions to increase revenue across channels.

The role requires 2 years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Salesforce and GTM strategies. Travel may be required for partner visits and trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in sales.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Go-to-Market strategy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in CRM and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with referral sources (Accountants, Banks, Paychex clients) to educate and secure referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with channel accounts via calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions in-person or virtually to increase revenue.
• Stay updated on Paychex products and industry trends.
• Complete paperwork for new sales within SLA guidelines.
• Address client concerns and follow up for resolution.
• Travel may be required to visit partners and attend trainings.
