Job summary

Acumen Financial Advantage is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to manage a portfolio of credit union partners from a remote location in the United States. You will cultivate executive-level relationships, educate partners on AFA's executive benefit solutions, and drive referrals through structured engagement and onboarding.

You will coordinate with the sales team, participate in partner education sessions, and deliver co-branded materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, sales, or partnership roles.
• Experience with credit unions, financial services organizations strongly preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or comparable platform; strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of credit union partners and affiliate organizations.
• Build trust-based relationships with CEOs, COOs, HR Directors, and board contacts at partners.
• Conduct regular touchpoints to maintain engagement and identify referral opportunities.
• Represent AFA at credit union events to expand network and visibility.
• Generate qualified referrals by educating partners on AFA's value proposition.
• Coordinate warm introductions between credit union leadership and AFA's sales team to advance opportunities.
• Track partner activity, referrals, and pipeline in Salesforce with accuracy.
