Job summary

7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Partnership Account Manager to build and grow relationships with 100+ workplace partners across the region. You will identify opportunities to increase membership, loans, and deposits while representing the credit union at events.

The role emphasizes relationship management, business development, and strategic engagement with partners and communities, with regular travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of related experience or combination of education, experience, and training.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or similar roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; capable of managing multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow partnerships with 100+ workplace partners; serve as primary relationship contact.
• Develop relationships with business contacts; identify opportunities for membership, loans, and deposits.
• Travel regionally to workplace and community events; present and promote 7 17 Credit Union.
• Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates; collaborate with internal teams for member satisfaction.
