Job summary

Alliant Credit Union in Chicago is seeking a hybrid Partnerships Operations Manager to own the end-to-end member experience across partnership programs, coordinating with marketing, product, technology, servicing, operations, compliance, risk and legal to optimize journeys.

You will measure performance, drive improvements, document processes, and serve as a liaison for internal and external partners to ensure successful launches and sustained partner program health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Finance, Information Security or related.
• Graduate Degree (MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, customer experience, product/partnership management, or related.
• Minimum 3 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years documenting business processes and customer journeys.
• Minimum 5 years analyzing performance data to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member experience across partnership programs by documenting, analyzing, and continuously improving member journeys.
• Identify friction points, operational gaps, and customer pain points across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and retention processes.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans to improve member experience, operational efficiency, and partner performance.
• Measure key member experience metrics, operational performance indicators, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with marketing, product, technology, servicing, operations, compliance, risk, and legal to align requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and partner with EPMO to launch and operate partnership programs.
• Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Manage readiness activities and ensure processes, systems, and communications support partner programs.
• Design governance processes and service-level expectations across partner programs.
• Monitor performance and drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Establish reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into program health.
• Serve as primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicate program performance, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Support business case development and strategic initiatives for partnership growth and member engagement.
