Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Channel Manager for Vonage to drive sales through channel partners, selling UCaaS and CPaaS solutions via resellers and building long-term partner relationships.

You will recruit and train partners, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate product demos, and ensure alignment with market needs to meet or exceed quotas. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Telecom, UCaaS and CPaaS experience a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent Sales Skills with the ability to prepare and present sales presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of Partners to achieve sales and profit goals by selling Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services through resellers/channels
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Facilitate all communications with partners; QBR's, product demonstrations/presentations, channel activities, marketing programs, sales documents, product roll outs, quotes, pricing, proposals, and support resources
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
• Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal and partner personnel
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
• Prospect and recruit new partners
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
• Achieve assigned sales quota
