Job summary

Rhombus, Inc. is seeking a Head of Channel-East to own and scale the channel organization. You will recruit partners, manage a team of channel managers, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive revenue growth.

You will build data-driven programs, negotiate agreements, and enable partners with collateral, training, and incentives to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of partner/channel experience, preferably in physical security.
• Proven track record of scaling channel business and driving revenue through partners.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing channel teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategy and partner development plans.
• Own revenue growth and manage partner-related opportunities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of channel managers.
• Coordinate with Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations on partner matters.
• Enable partners through collateral, training, and incentives.
