Job summary

Rhombus Systems is seeking a Head of Channel-East to own the strategy and execution of our channel organization. You will recruit and manage distributors and regional partners, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of channel managers while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

You will build scalable channel programs, negotiate agreements, and ensure partners have enablement and resources to succeed in a fast-paced security tech environment. This role is remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of partner/channel experience, preferably in physical security.
• Proven track record of scaling an existing channel business and driving revenue through partners.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing sales or channel teams.
• Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce, PRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new channel partners in target geographies and verticals to expand market coverage.
• Own and overachieve team revenue targets for total partner revenue through channel partners.
• Coach and develop a high performing team of channel account managers.
• Partner with Legal to draft and negotiate distributor and partner agreements.
• Develop partner enablement materials and conduct trainings for new and existing distributors and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel efforts with company goals.
