Lenze is seeking a Channel Development Manager to expand and optimize sales channels from Phoenix, AZ in a remote-capable role. You will drive revenue growth with OEMs and distributors, align with Lenze sales teams, and accelerate market penetration while traveling up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation or related markets with revenue growth.
• 2+ years managing or supporting industrial distribution partners.
• Technical aptitude to understand electrical and mechanical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and performance of distribution partners through coaching and relationship management.
• Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand generation with distributor partners.
• Identify and grow relationships with OEMs and end users.
• Assess channel partners for alignment and find new opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping and support partner contract negotiations.
• Facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews with performance analyses.
• Develop and deliver product, sales, and application training.
• Serve as primary contact for distribution partners on orders and issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
• Represent Lenze at customer visits, trade shows, and training events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to spot growth opportunities.
