• 5 years’ work experience in automation sales or channel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to manage partner relationships.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust US channel partner network.
• Work with leadership to create sales and marketing strategies for channel partners.
• Recruit and onboard new channel partners (distributors) in the United States.
• Travel up to 50% within the defined region.
• Coordinate with marketing to drive lead generation and route leads.
• Act as primary liaison for partner activities.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote Bosch Rexroth products.
