Lenze seeks a Channel Development Manager in Charlotte, NC, with remote options. You will drive revenue by expanding distribution partners, OEMs, and end users, collaborating with Lenze sales and partners to implement channel strategies and accelerate market penetration.

The role demands 5+ years in industrial automation sales, 2+ years with distributors, strong relationship skills, and travel up to 40%. You will train teams, review performance, and represent Lenze at events and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial automation, motion control, electrical, mechanical or related markets.
• 2+ years working with or supporting industrial distribution partners.
• Technical aptitude to understand electrical and mechanical solutions and applications.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, engagement, and performance of distribution partners and grow market share.
• Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand-generation with distributor partners.
• Cultivate relationships with OEMs and end users with Lenze teams.
• Assess partners for alignment and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market mapping and support negotiations with management.
• Organize quarterly and annual business reviews with performance analytics.
• Deliver product, sales, and application training using internal/external resources.
• Serve as primary contact for distribution partners and support order management.
