The role requires a hunter mindset, 5+ years in industrial automation sales, and strong relationship skills. Travel up to 40% for meetings and events while leading channel marketing and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial automation or related markets with revenue growth.
• 2+ years working with industrial distribution partners and channel sales strategies.
• Technical aptitude to understand electrical and mechanical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and performance of distribution partners and new business in the territory.
• Lead channel marketing initiatives and demand generation with distributor partners.
• Identify and grow OEM and end-user relationships with Lenze teams and partners.
• Assess and optimize existing channel partners, identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping and support contract negotiations with management.
• Lead business reviews, performance analysis, and action planning.
