Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive revenue by expanding and retaining partner relationships, delivering cybersecurity solutions through our platform. This remote Ireland role reports to the Manager, Channel Account Management and focuses on high-impact growth with partners.

Requirements include 2+ years in account/partner management or related sales, a strong MSP/cybersecurity background, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles
• Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
• Passionate about working in the partner community and providing cybersecurity solutions

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion and renewal metrics
• Work with partners to deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction and partner adoption
• Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned partner organizations
