Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Experience in the MSP space or cybersecurity channel sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong partner relationship and retention focus.
• Comfort using AI tools for meetings, prep, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Achieve expansion and renewal outcomes with partner accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to increase adoption and loyalty.
