Job summary

CareOregon is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support change efforts on medium to large-scale initiatives. You will liaise with internal and external partners, organize meetings, and help ensure adoption of change across complex programs.

This remote role requires residency in Oregon or SW Washington, with a structured plan for adoption and reporting. The position includes change management training, collaboration with senior managers, and responsibility for maintaining project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years of change management.
• Experience on complex information systems projects.
• Change management training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop change strategies and plans with milestones and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment and adoption of change.
• Monitor adoption status and report progress to sponsors and owners.
• Communicate project status and facilitate consensus among diverse groups.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of change initiatives.
