Job summary

CareOregon is seeking an entry-level project management professional to support medium to large-scale change initiatives. You will apply Lean and project management techniques across lifecycle stages, liaising with internal and external partners to facilitate collaboration and adoption.

This remote role requires residence in Oregon or SW Washington and offers a strong total rewards program, including a SIP target bonus and a competitive hiring range.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years of change management.
• Experience supporting medium to large-scale change efforts and complex information systems projects.
• Change management training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify change impacts, mindsets, and behavior changes needed to realize benefits.
• Develop change management strategies and plans with stakeholders.
• Organize stakeholder meetings to build alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor adoption status and report progress to sponsors and owners.
• Maintain project documentation and reports throughout the lifecycle.
