Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• Prosci certification is required.
• 7–8 years of change management experience in large enterprises.
• Experience in consulting or PMO environments is a plus.
• Industry experience in energy/oil/gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish change management best practices and framework, following PROSCI ADKAR or similar model.
• Design and develop change management tools across departments and dispersed teams.
• Develop communications content and messaging for multiple stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on change management best practices to teams and clients.
• Collaborate with program teams to tailor tools for operations improvement programs.
• Embed change management in all program communications for diverse audiences.
• Establish metrics to evaluate and refine change management effectiveness.
• Exercise informed judgment in senior-level matters.
