Job summary

Improv seeks a Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of change for client implementations in the HCM/WFM space. You will design and facilitate executive workshops, coach sponsors, and own change deliverables from definition through lessons learned.

The role covers Prepare Approach, Manage Change and Sustain Outcomes across multiple clients, requiring strong facilitation, coaching, and data-driven decision making, with a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of organizational change management experience supporting HCM/workforce management technology implementations.
• Proven experience facilitating executive and leadership workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR Model, sponsor coaching and resistance management.
• Experience building change strategies, comms plans, training needs analyses, and risk registers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Authorized to work in USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on change and Prosci methodology.
• Develop tailored change strategy, Sponsor Roadmap, and ADKAR blueprints.
• Lead integrated master change management plan and coach sponsors.
• Deploy ADKAR surveys, heat maps, and action-oriented corrective plans.
• Analyze post go-live data and design sustainability and transition plans.
• Prepare pre-work, maintain cadence, and align activities with project timeline.
