Job summary

Regal is seeking a remote Change Management Leader to drive a multi-year Oracle implementation across HCM, Finance and Supply Chain. You will partner with executives and key stakeholders to shape adoption, while guiding external consulting partners responsible for delivery.

You will build communications, training, and readiness strategies to turn complex change into a positive employee experience and maintain momentum with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise change management initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Experience with large technology transformations (Oracle, Workday, SAP) in entertainment/retail/hospitality.
• Proven ability to direct external consulting/implementation partners.
• Strong strategic influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global change management delivery for a multi-year Oracle implementation, driving adoption HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Partner with executive leaders and functional stakeholders to shape how teams adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization.
• Serve as our primary internal change management leader, guiding strategy and external partners responsible for delivery.
• Build communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness strategies that turn complex change into a positive employee experience.
• Work closely with leaders across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to align and maintain momentum.
• Use feedback, readiness assessments, and adoption data to continuously improve results and ensure lasting value.
• Establish change management practices, tools, and frameworks for future transformations.
