Job summary

Clearsulting seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead the change strategy for finance transformation initiatives across OCFO functions. You will advise finance leaders, translate objectives into practical adoption plans, and drive readiness, training, and sponsorship activities.

You will collaborate with transformation teams, tailor ADKAR/Prosci approaches, and manage risks while delivering executive-ready communications and workshops for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of change management experience in finance transformation.
• Experience leading change workstreams on finance transformation, ERP, or digital finance initiatives.
• Experience applying Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy and execution for finance transformation initiatives spanning OCFO functional areas.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting leaders, translating objectives into practical adoption plans.
• Lead change impact assessments across processes, roles, and technology, turning findings into interventions.
• Develop stakeholder maps, sponsorship strategies, and readiness and training plans.
• Apply structured change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci) tailored to client culture and scope.
• Partner with transformation teams across OCFO to adapt change approaches.
• Translate complex changes into executive-ready messages for finance audiences.
• Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and adoption activities.
• Define and track change and adoption metrics to manage risk and adjust approach.
