Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Change Adoption Lead to own the change management for its Finance Transformation program. You will apply ADKAR to drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement across executives and venue staff, ensuring successful adoption.

You will lead business readiness, training, communications, and a Champion Network, tracking metrics to guide go/no-go decisions and sustain value after go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in organizational change management on enterprise technology programs.
• Experience driving adoption across distributed or multi-site organizations.
• Fluent in finance processes and able to work with controllers and staff.
• Experience recovering adoption on systems in production with entrenched practices.
• Ability to build and sustain a champion/community network with real user participation.
• Ability to report unfavorable readiness status to executives under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program.
• Lead change impact assessments across corporate and venue operations and build readiness plans.
• Build and lead the Change Champion Network and tailor communications to audiences.
• Own training programs, materials, and measurement of training effectiveness and adoption.
