Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Change Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery to drive adoption of initiatives across our global teams.

You will design change strategies, assess readiness, build training resources, and coach leaders to sustain new ways of working in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work available for Easton-based staff, with remote options elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD or Change Management.
• 5–8 years of progressive change management experience.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end change initiatives.
• Strong communication, influencing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change strategies with stakeholders.
• Assess readiness and tailor plans to drive adoption.
• Develop training resources and materials for new ways of working.
• Coach leaders to guide teams through change initiatives.
• Manage resistance and align messaging with corporate comms.
