Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a Change Manager, PM Consultant to support an enterprise cross-functional PMO by defining and integrating change management practices across systems, processes, and people. The role includes PROSCI-based methods, tool development, and enterprise communications, with remote CST-hours and monthly travel to Houston, TX.

Required: 7–8 years in change management within complex enterprises, PROSCI certification, and a PMO/consulting background.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years change management experience within complex enterprise organizations.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale change programs.
• Experience in a PMO or consulting environment is preferred.
• Energetic, collaborative; able to influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish change management best practices and framework (PROSCI ADKAR or similar).
• Design tools and techniques for multiple departments and dispersed teams.
• Develop communications content and key messages for stakeholders.
• Guide team members and client staff on change management best practices.
• Collaborate with program teams to apply change tools across operations programs.
• Evaluate and refine effectiveness of change tactics and audience adoption.
