Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Project Manager who will lead enterprise programs from initiation to delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology. This remote, full-time role includes up to 25% travel to Chicago and collaboration with senior stakeholders to manage priorities and risks.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of PM/PMO experience, preferably in CPG or retail. You will operate in a large, global, matrixed environment and contribute to change management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or related industries.
• Proven success managing cross-functional programs with business and technology teams.
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives
• Experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or related industries
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology teams
• Experience operating in large, global, matrixed organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Ability to work independently, influence without authority, and drive outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience supporting sales, customer teams, retail execution, trade promotion, or related CPG functions
• Exposure to large-scale business process and technology transformation programs
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar technologies
• Consulting experience or experience working in a client-facing environment
