Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a W2T Consultant for a remote, temporary role focused on leading large enterprise transformation programs. You will partner with senior executives, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate global vendors to deliver on critical initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project/program management, strong Accounts Payable / invoicing experience, and a track record of guiding high-visibility programs with cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise transformations.
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable, invoicing, and/or invoice automation.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, high-risk enterprise transformation programs from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall program governance.
• Partner with senior executives and business stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate global vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee deployment planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Manage program financials, forecasting, resource planning, and governance.
• Drive issue resolution and mitigate program risks.
• Support transformation initiatives involving AP, invoicing, and invoice automation.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and/or invoice automation.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk, highly visible programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience managing global vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading deployments, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Tungsten and/or Coupa is a plus, but not required.
