Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation expert to help clients digitize using SAP SuccessFactors, design thinking, and agile methods. You will lead projects, craft prototypes, configure SAP systems, and advise on change management across global delivery.

Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs; remote work within the US is possible. A minimum of 5 years’ experience and relevant certifications are required to drive complex SAP implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Talent
• Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and Succession Management
• Experience leading small teams in a global delivery model
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand SAP best practices and how to leverage SuccessFactors modules
• Lead project teams and coach staff; manage performance
• Set up and test SAP SuccessFactors configurations and prototypes
• Provide functional guidance and document SAP workflows and integration points
• Collaborate with clients to align business objectives with SAP implementations
