Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a transformation professional with deep SAP experience to drive complex SAP transformations and lead large workstreams. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, guide clients through design, configuration, and implementation, and ensure successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Time Management initiatives.

The role requires travel to client sites and flexibility for remote work, with emphasis on stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups.
• Engage deeply with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, fostering collaboration and thoughtful decision-making across project phases.
• Identify project scope, define requirements, and coordinate implementation to align with goals and stakeholder expectations.
