Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives in a remote or distributed team environment.
