Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Change Management Analyst to work remotely. The role supports client adoption, communications, and operational readiness for a federal financial tool, coordinating with tool users, federal IT PMs, and SMEs.

The ideal candidate combines strong change-management and stakeholder-engagement skills with familiarity with federal financial operations, enterprise systems, and user-centered service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in change-management planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear user guidance.
• Experience supporting adoption of enterprise systems or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user-adoption and change-management activities, including communications and training support.
• Serve as a central coordination point for tool users and SMEs; guide requests and tickets.
• Triage and route questions, issues, and enhancement requests; escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, FAQs, and process maps.
• Document business processes with SMEs and translate into actionable guidance.
• Analyze feedback to identify adoption barriers and training needs.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and leadership summaries on progress.
• Facilitate working sessions and meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Ensure communications and documentation align with governance standards.
