Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Federal Human Capital Business Analyst to work remotely on a high-visibility federal HR systems implementation. You will partner with government customers to apply enterprise strategies for human capital management and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of related experience (including at least 2 years in federal HR), strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to gather requirements for HR and payroll

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience, with at least 2 years federal HR experience.
• Experience with HR data, metrics, and processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of OPM regulations, pertaining to personnel processing.
• Ability to gather requirements for HR, payroll systems, and beyond.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience providing support to immediate team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptability to evolving business and technical requirements.
• Mastery of business reengineering techniques and process tools.
• Refined oral presentation skills, comfortable delivering clear, concise presentations to executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support federal customers in applying an enterprise strategy for federal human capital management (HCM).
• Provide expertise on Federal HR automated information systems and processes.
• Identify and analyze the impact of HR decisions on the total HR service delivery to customers.
• Provide support for the continuous improvement of the customer and key stakeholder experience.
• Support and advise on a myriad of human resource operating business process reengineering activities.
