Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, public administration, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of federal financial management, financial systems, business process analysis, data analytics, or related experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, job aids, or system user guidance.
• Experience supporting the operations, implementation, enhancement, or user adoption of a financial, budgeting, grants, or enterprise business application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the financial management and budgeting application.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, desk guides, and user guides for system processes.
• Extract, organize, validate, and analyze financial and operational data; create reports and dashboards.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify needs and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Support user enablement, training, and change communications related to system updates.
