Everforth ECS is seeking a Financial Analyst to work remotely, supporting the US Department of Homeland Security. You will operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment across leadership levels to improve portfolio and financial management processes.

The role involves developing cost models, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting tools, plus collaboration with DHS programs and senior stakeholders. Strong Excel/BI skills and federal budgeting knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of information technology experience.
• U.S. citizen status required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coordinating communications across teams.
• Strong analytical and communication/presentation skills (oral and written).
• Experience facilitating meetings and capturing minutes.
• Attention to detail and ability to interact with senior executives.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams, SharePoint; experience generating reports from financial/project systems.
• Knowledge of federal budgeting/financial processes and acquisition life-cycle.

Aufgaben

• Support development of cost models, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain financial reports (Excel, Power BI) and ensure data quality.
• Support data management for financial requirements across DHS programs.
• Advise project teams on best practices and align with organizational objectives.
• Update internal budgets based on guidance and provide project estimates and timelines.
• Assist Sr. Financial Manager in meetings with platform and product owners; engage stakeholders.
• General consultant support including project management tasks and meeting facilitation.
