Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management & Enablement Manager to drive user adoption and enablement for our enterprise transition to RainFocus as the core event management platform.

You will partner with Marketing, Events, and Vendor teams to onboard users and build scalable enablement programs. You'll lead migration from Splash and Cvent, establish a training cadence, develop runbooks, and define KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management, enablement, or event operations.
• Hands-on RainFocus administration and enablement experience.
• Experience leading tool adoption and platform migrations.
• Proven ability to define and track operational KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Own the change enablement roadmap across marketing and events.
• Deliver training, host office hours, create quick-start guides.
• Lead migration from Splash/Cvent to RainFocus.
• Partner with vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Define adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather requirements and align roadmap with leadership.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base.
